Hi everyone!
I'm back with a Cooking Vlog! It was Tim's birthday a few days ago. He turned 26!!!!! (He still looks like a 15 year old LOL) So for his birthday, he wanted to be in his pjs all day (which he did) and eat a delicious home cooked dinner.
Now I don't cook very often. I promised him a 3 course dinner. I panicked. Luckily the dishes he choose wasn't too hard to make. BUT, I was proper sweaty and exhausted afterwards. Ladies, how do you do this everyday for your man?
Hopefully from two years ago, my cooking skills have improved a little. I'm not expert. Just sharing my recipe with you guys if you wanna try. The dishes are nothing fancy.
Dishes made during the vlog video:
Creamy Mushroom Soup (Tim's fav type of soup)
Bruschetta (he wanted to add cheese & bacon)
Chicken Broccoli Pasta Bake (Tim's favorite dish)
There was also cake but that was a cake mix so.... didn't think it required to be vlogged since all I added was water, oil and eggs.
I hope you guys enjoy the video anyways.

Pps. As if you can't feel sorry for Domo enough. He is getting neutered tomorrow... Going to give him extra TLC tomorrow and all week.

PPpppps. Why is my ring on my middle finger? It's still a little loose on me so I wore it on my middle finger for cooking. Technically it's not wrong though. In UK, a lot of people wear it on the middle finger too I think? Maybe I'm wrong lol.

Hey guys...
So today was Valentines Day. It is my boyfriend & I's 8th valentines day together. To be honest- we figured everyday is valentines day to us so we weren't going to do much.
If you guys know me well- you'll know I don't have the domestic gene. I am not good at cleaning or cooking. But I decided to cook a meal for my boyfriend because hes the best guy in the world ^_^.
I know I'm not capable of cooking anything fancy... But I really put in effort to cook him one of his fav meals- a bake lol!!! I'm not really sure what you call this. A pie? a bake? pasta? Lol.... But all the ingredients are made with LOVE (insert corny).
So you guys asked me to film my cooking experience... and I condensed HOURS of cooking into a 6 minute video for you guys.
You're wondering "why didn't you cook steak or something posh?". Good question. 1. We already had steak in a nice restaurant day before and 2. You are forgetting I am a cook nOObcake and well.. simply put- will ruin a good steak.
I could've just bought a nice cake for bf & I to indulge but he does not like cake (SAY WHAT? I know right?) He only likes to eat jelly!!!!!! No kidding. He is a big kid!!
Ps. IT DID TASTE GOOD BTW! or maybe cz i made it so to me its nice... *shrugs*. lol....
Pps. So if you didn't go anywhere- ahh spend ur v.day with bubz as i share my cooking (lol) experience with you guys!!

延吉街美食續發！
今天來訪的這家《I' m Pasta 》是JC的高中朋友推薦的，聽說專賣好吃又便宜的義大利
麵。
政大附近也有好幾家店有提供義大利麵，但是味道實在是不太OK(像是發X義大利麵)，
也因此我對便宜的義大利麵總是抱持著抗拒感。
但這家朋友極力推薦，而且他自己也帶女朋友去吃了好幾次了，
好吧...像這種學生美食我們怎麼能錯過呢！
▲《I' m Pasta 》位於...對、又是延吉街137巷，看來這條巷弄可以吃上好一陣子了XD
店門口左邊立著一個牌子，寫著「榮獲北科大票選冠軍」，
讓我對這家平民美食又增添了些許信心。

而且看來店長是marvel迷XD

話說為什麼索爾的引言是很帥的
"When I'm king, I'll hunt the monsters down and slay them all!"
鋼鐵人卻只有
"I am Iron Man."
我猜是因為他頭太大了。

除了義大利麵外也有提供燉飯與焗烤。
比起外面動輒200、300起跳的義大利麵，《I' m Pasta 》竟然價格是$85~165，真的是太
親民了。

menu上竟然也有鋼鐵人...XD
套餐的價格也很佛，只要$35就能獲得手工爆漿餐包兩個+現榨檸檬紅茶一杯，
另外兩種套餐搭配也很便宜。
今天我們選了A餐 $35 + C餐 $75。

很正常的奶油蘑菇湯，沒什麼亮點但也不難喝。
▲義式熱沙拉、手工爆漿餐包
熱沙拉的部分就是稍微川燙過的萵苣淋上酒醋醬，
同樣吃起來還OK但也沒什麼特別之處。
▲餐包就挺不錯的，有兩種口味，香蒜和奶油
香蒜的無漿可爆，但吃起來也挺香的。
奶油的餐包則是真真正正的爆漿了，餡料滿多的味道也好。

喝得出來真的是現榨的檸檬汁調製的，喝起來滿爽口的。

白醬、奶油與自製蒜醬，高麗菜與雞肉
第一次吃到義大利麵搭配高麗菜，
蒜醬的味道很濃郁，與高麗菜搭配起來是熱炒店的味道XD
台式結合義式蹦出新奇滋味！

雞肉用義大利香料調味過，香料味稍重一些。

自製蒜醬與手作檸香醬，高麗菜與香煎鯛魚(小辣)
鯛魚給的分量很足，吃起來也滿新鮮的，
高麗菜一樣有熱炒的爽感，檸香與微辣的口感很開胃。
在這個價位的義大利麵，《I' m Pasta 》真的足以成為一方之霸，
想吃便宜舒服的義大利麵，這裡是很好的選擇！
湯品與熱沙拉比較不特別，建議選擇A套餐，餐包+飲料，超划算又美味
評分：7.5/10 路過會再來~
